The vision of the program is to create a support network for underclassmen to guide them through collegiate, professional, and personal development and help them reach their goals, unlock their potential, and overcome obstacles during their time at the Gator Nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We do this by pairing each Mentee with a respective Mentor to help guide them through the struggles of an engineering course load like ISE. A Mentor can tell an underclassman what teachers to take, what classes should be taken together, what organizations to join, what companies offer internships to them, and much more!
