The Academic Center was constructed by UF&#8217;s College of Pharmacy, and UF students began meeting there for the first time in August 2012.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medical City also includes the University of Central Florida\u2019s College of Medicine, the Nemours Children\u2019s Hospital, the Orlando Veterans Affairs Medical Center, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center Research Institute and Sanford-Burnham Medical Research Institute.
