You can complete the program while continuing to work full time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We come to you! The next program meets in Orlando.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We treat you like a professional and give you the support you need.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will handle many of the administrative details for you, such as registering you for classes and alerting you about important UF deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Because of the skills you&#8217;ll gain.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You&#8217;ll take <a href=\"https:\/\/ise.ufl.edu\/oemp\/academics\/curriculum\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/ise.ufl.edu\/oemp\/academics\/curriculum\/\">five engineering and five business courses<\/a>. This mix is a perfect fit for managers who want to stay technical.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The core of the engineering part of the curriculum is optimization and statistics. You&#8217;ll learn to develop models that will aid informed decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You&#8217;ll learn ways to manage risk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You&#8217;ll learn to manage complex operations and logistics functions and improve manufacturing and service processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You&#8217;ll get a solid foundation in business, since you&#8217;ll be taking the MBA core curriculum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You&#8217;ll have the opportunity to <a href=\"https:\/\/ise.ufl.edu\/oemp\/academics\/concurrent-oem-mba\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/ise.ufl.edu\/oemp\/academics\/concurrent-oem-mba\/\">add an MBA<\/a> in a very efficient and cost-effective way.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Because of our reputation, our faculty, and our students.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>OEM is academically equivalent to our on-campus program. Your transcript will not show a distinction from the on-campus program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our UF faculty travel from Gainesville to teach in this program.
