Dr. Archambeau’s research focuses on power and leadership, new venture start-up processes and knowledge transfer, and the role of strategic alliances in value creation. Her research has appeared in the Academy of Management Journal. She also serves as an ad hoc reviewer for academic journals as well as management textbooks. At the undergraduate level, her teaching interests include management and strategic management principles. At the graduate level, her teaching interests include business policy, global strategy, and organizational behavior. Before joining the University of Florida, Dr. Archambeau was an Assistant Professor at the University of Utah.
