Available rooms

Available M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, keys can be checked out with the ISE Main office, Weil 303. Contact administration@ise.ufl.edu or 352-392-1464 for additional booking information.

*No food or drink permitted except for Chair approved ISE department events.

**Room must be returned to original condition, or future bookings will not be possible.

This room is not available for student use.

Conference Room Furniture:

  • 6 break-away tables for 1 large table conference room or smaller teaching layout.
  • 25 Seats total. 10-16 seats at large table, 9-10 seats along wall.
  • A/V Equipment:
    • Large screen monitor
    • Jabra Bluetooth microphone
    • Webcam
      • Conference call and web meeting capable.
    • White board

Center for Applied Optimization (CAO)

ISE Student organization lounge W405A

 

Available M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, contact administration@ise.ufl.edu or 352-392-1464 for the door code or additional booking information.

  • For ISE Student Organization use only.
  • Small student org meetings and gatherings.
  • Contact administration@ise.ufl.edu for Chair approval for after-hours use.
    • Include the number of attendees and what the event is for.

***No other uses for faculty, staff or students are permitted.

Lounge Furniture:

  • 2 couches
  • 2 lounge chairs
  • 1 table
  • 3 rolling chairs
    • Additional rolling chairs may be available to be borrowed from other spaces if needed, contact the ISE administration email to verify and locate.
  • A/V equipment includes large screen monitor
    • Not set up for conference calls or web meetings

ISE Student Organization Conference Room W405B

No formal meetings with VIP guests or recruits if possible. Faculty & staff are permitted to use this space when needed.

ISE Seminar Room W406 & Faculty Conference Room W406A

 

Available M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, keys can be checked out with the ISE Main office, Weil 303. Contact administration@ise.ufl.edu or 352-392-1464 for additional booking information.

 The seminar room and faculty conference room cannot be booked by separate events at the same time. 

Both rooms can be booked simultaneously for the same event.

Study Hall reserved each term, M-F, 11:45 am to 1:35 pm, most days.

*No food or drink permitted except for Chair approved ISE department events.

**Room must be returned to original condition, or future bookings will not be possible.

***Do not unplug any equipment around the room, even when not in use, for cell phone charging, etc.

Seminar Room Furniture:

  • 12 break-away tables, with wheels for class set up, with 12 double seat tables.
    • Tables can be rolled together for larger table groups. 24 seats total.
  • A/V equipment:
    • 5 large screen monitors
    • 2 web cameras
    • Audio Equipment
      • Conference call, web meeting, and HyFlex capable.
    • 2 white boards
